This policy applies to any items purchased from Layla Bugz Boutique also known as Layla Bugz.  We and Our refers to Layla Bugz Boutique also known as Layla Bugz  and the owners. This policy applies to any Marketplaces items are sold.


Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing. 


             ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. 


Shipping times are based on delivery company. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once item is scanned by delivery company, it is no longer our responsibility. You will need to file a claim with the delivery company. 

If your package is delayed, lost or damaged due to natural disaster or any other unpredictable circumstances,  we are not responsible and will not issue a refund, replacement nor exchanges. 

First class mail does not carry insurance; therefore, damaged or lost package claims cannot be filed on those packages.
